Snap Ring ("the App") is developed by Imagine Create Exist ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We collect no personal information whatsoever.

Snap Ring does not:

• Collect names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers

• Access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone

• Contain advertisements or ad-tracking SDKs
• Send any data over the internet
• Use third-party analytics services

Local Data Storage

The App stores a small amount of non-personal data locally on your device:

• Best scores — Your highest scores (including today's Daily best) are saved to your device's local storage so they persist between sessions
• Settings — Your sound, music, and onboarding preferences

This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not shared with any third party
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the App

Diagnostics & Crash Data

To help keep the App stable, Snap Ring uses Apple's built-in MetricKit framework. When iOS detects a crash, hang, or performance issue, it provides the App with a diagnostic report, which the App stores in its own private folder on your device.

This diagnostic data:

• Is generated by the operating system, not by us
• Contains no personal information — only technical details such as crash stack traces and performance metrics
• Never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the App

Third-Party Services

Snap Ring uses no third-party services, including but not limited to:

• No third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
• No advertising networks
• No social media integrations
• No third-party crash reporting services
• No cloud storage or sync services

Internet Usage

Snap Ring does not require or use an internet connection. The App is fully offline and makes no network requests of any kind.

Children's Privacy

Snap Ring does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for users of all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

Data Sharing

Since we collect no data, we have no data to share. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any information to third parties.
